Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones is an economist, a father of two young daughters, and a longtime Prescott-area resident running for the Yavapai College District Governing Board.

He has worked in corporate finance and operations with Fortune 500 companies, in international business, and in economic development and institutional research at Yavapai College, where he studied workforce needs, wages, housing, and the local economy.

He also rode 18,000 miles from Canada to Argentina through 19 countries—an experience that still shapes how he plans, solves problems, and talks with people who see things differently.

Ryan earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He was recently named New Member of the Year by the Arizona Association for Economic Development. He lives on the Prescott / Williamson Valley line. He is running so the College prepares students for real work, serves local employers, and treats every public dollar with care.
